Just keep in mind Kia is offering $7,500 cashback on new models right now. I’m not saying you should go for a new one, but it might give you leverage to get the dealership to drop the price on the used one.

Haha, classic ‘salesperson lies.’ Funny how their ‘best offer’ always drops when you start to walk away.
That price isn’t great, especially if it doesn’t have tech. I’ve seen some with the tech package going for high $20s recently. My '22 Wind with tech is worth about $22k as a trade-in or private sale. You should tell them $29k is your final offer and see if they budge.
