Should I jump on this deal for a 2023 EV6 GT-Line? Need advice!

I have the chance to buy a 2023 EV6 GT-Line AWD for $15K less than the MSRP, so it’s about $45K USD. I know the difference between the 2023 and 2024 models is small. Should I take the deal or wait?

Hmm… I just picked up a 2023 GT-Line AWD for $33.5K, though mine had 40,000 miles on it.

Yeah, I saw your post about that!

Yeah, I saw your post about that!

So, I’m wondering… does the one you’re looking at justify the $10K price difference? Is it super low mileage?

It’s brand new.

Plus, they’re offering a 10-year, 150K miles warranty with it.

Are there any additional rebates or credits for financing through Kia? I bought my new GT-Line in January for $44K, including some dealer-installed options (like wheel locks, tinted windows, and pulse brake lighting) at no extra cost and 0% interest. Also, is that 150K warranty aftermarket? The original Kia warranty is 10 years or 100K miles.

Nope, no extra perks with this deal. That extra 50K on the warranty is coming from the dealer itself.

Seems a bit steep. I got a 2023 Wind AWD with tech, only 3,000 miles, for $34.5K. A GT-Line with low mileage should be around $39.5K max, since there’s about a $5K difference in MSRP between the two.

Just bought my brand-new 2023 GT-Line AWD for $44K.

If you’re in the US, why not lease a 2024 GT-Line? With the rebate and average dealer discount, it should be around $40K. Then you can buy out the lease immediately.

Just find a dealer that offers zero down.

We had our 2022 EV6 Wind with the tech package totaled by insurance, but luckily, shortly after, they started offering these great lease deals on 2024 models. We ended up leasing a new one for 2 years.

But why would you buy out the lease right away? What’s the advantage? Is that even possible?
