I’m checking out the EV6 this afternoon, but the dealer isn’t giving me much info about when the 2025 models will be available for delivery or pre-order. Does anyone here know anything about the timeline, or is it really the black hole they claim (I suspect they’re just trying to sell me a 2024)?
Honestly, no one knows for sure, and anyone who says they do is just guessing. We’ve been hearing anytime between fall and late winter, but I wouldn’t expect it before winter at the earliest.
Based on previous years, the 2025 models will probably start arriving at dealerships around mid to late November. If I were you, I’d wait for the 2025 version. It’s worth it for the new tech like CCNC and the NACS port, plus the slightly bigger battery pack.
Your dealer probably doesn’t know the exact timeline. That said, don’t overlook the 2024 model—there’s not much difference between the two, and you could get a better deal on a '24. Personally, I think the 2025 front-end looks awful, but that’s just my opinion.
