First 24 hours with a VCU error… should I be worried?

Hi all! I’m a new EV owner and really excited about my first EV. However, I ran into an issue on my very first day. I got the following error:

A possible condition with your Vehicle Control Unit/ Low DC-DC Converter has been detected. A full system check is recommended to be done when convenient.

Has anyone seen this before? I couldn’t find much when I searched. Any idea what it means and how worried I should be?

I just got my EV6 GT-Line too, and it’s amazing in normal mode and an absolute beast in sport mode! But I’ve also run into a weird issue—my right wheel sensor is acting up and showing low pressure at 20 psi, even though the tire is fine. I’ve got a dealer appointment on Dec 4 to get it checked out.

@Michael
The tire pressure warning light won’t go off unless all the tires are in the upper 30s. I had the same issue during my first cold spell. Double-check your door tag for the exact pressure recommendation. Once you fill them up and drive a bit, the light should reset.

Thanks for the info!
