I’m in Connecticut and considering this lease deal for a 2024 EV6 Light Long Range AWD:
- 10K miles/year, 24 months
- MSRP: $51,400
- Selling Price: $49,569
- Incentives: $15,800 KIA lease cash, $2,250 CT EV rebate
- Zero down, payment is $370/month.
It started at $422/month, but I got them to lower it by showing another dealership’s offer. I was pushing for $350-$360, but didn’t want to pursue further as the other dealership only had white EV6s (which I don’t like). Inventory is running low here—there are just 4 of these models left in the state. Plus, the CT EV rebate will drop from $2,250 to $1,500 in 2025, so I’m leaning towards taking the deal now.
I didn’t reach out to NY dealerships to ask if they’d bake the CT rebate into their pricing. NY has more inventory, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle given that the CT rebate only applies if you buy from a CT dealer.
What do you think? Is this a fair deal considering the circumstances?
